This took me all day but my wife and I were craving something hearty and satisfying during this cold snap. Between braising the short ribs and making the noodles it was a few hours of labour but it was worth it. I will not be doing this again soon haha. [link] [comments] |

So an artist co-worker at my studio decides to cook “family” meal for all the people in there. We are from Barcelona and she actually is from Andalucia, so she made “puchero”. Basically a heavy broth, where you eat a soup with all the meat and veg, maybe with some rice, all in one. And we had a lot of leftover and I offered myself to make croquettes (croquetas de cocido, in spanish). And well, there they are. [link] [comments] |
