[Homemade] Hand-cut pasta with pistou, both made with foraged greens (chickweed, dead nettle, miners lettuce) and a lamb-chop with an almond, parsley, lemon zest and cherry bomb pepper crust. Garnished with fried dandelions dipped in polenta batter.
