Deli Food: July 2024

I've always had a tough time making the roux for my mac and cheeses, they always turned up too grainy or lumpy no matter how perfectly I'd follow the recipe. Well, today I tried making it on a lower heat and mixing it way more, and it turned out perfectly creamy! I wish I'd thought of this way sooner, I'd have had a much less frustrating of an experience making these.
