[I ate] I was in Argentina for business last week, and this was my lunch. "Parrillada" chorizo beef, mashed sweet potato, fries with a fried egg, rice, grilled onion, grilled red pepper, provoletta (grilled provolone cheese) and of course a side of chimichurri.
