My comfort dish when I get a cold.

Nobody does a chicken phở like the Hanoians.

Soft fresh noodles that soak in more broth. There is a reason why the Michelin chef, Peter Cuong Franklin flys in Hanoi noodles for his $100 phở bowl.

Free-range chicken. A clear broth and lots of green onion and some subtle kicks of lime leaves.
