I made this before and pan fried everything. Baked everything this time and everything except the texture and a little bit of the taste was better (I broiled for about 5 mins, helped to brown and crisp). Faster prep, cook time (about 10 mins) and clean up. And I didn’t have to turn on the fan or open the windows. Ate it all right out the pan…less dishes to clean hahah.
