I stewed the sauce for almost 3 hours to get to the most tender beef. For the sauce I used canned plum tomatoes, dry red wine, lots of garlic and chopped onion, adding thyme, basil, oregano and sage. Served with grated parmesan and fresh basil on top. [link] [comments] |
