Had leftover tomatillo salsa (roasted tomatillo, garlic, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, some vinegar and spices). Browned chicken thighs, removed from pan. Diced poblanos, jalapeños,some more garlic and onions, sweat those in pan. Added tomatillo and some broth nestled chicken then let that go until chicken was tender.
