Went great! Not the prettiest picture though... Had some trouble with the first part of the recipe (rolling the mushrooms and cured ham around the beef),I thought I was heading toward a small disaster but it ended ok when I rolled the pastry (not homemade). I should definitely try to roll that tighter though. Chopping the mushrooms was a pain! 2kg, took me around 1h30... Coked for 30 minutes at 200 Celsius until meat was at 35 Celsius right in the middle. I then let it rest outside the oven for around 20 minutes and it went up to 55, I cut the meat at that point and it was quite to my taste! Best part : I did 1.5kg and there's leftover for tonight!
